Arlene A. Escuro is an advanced practice dietitian in the Center for Human Nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. She has 25 years of clinical experience in the areas of nutrition support, neurology and gastroenterology. Arlene is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian.
