Frank Aviles has over 32 years of practice. A SALSAL board member, he recently joined Duke University Research team led by Tracey Yap and educates in wound care and lymphedema at various levels. He was recognized by CMS for leading a successful acute care multidisciplinary PI prevention program. He is the co-host for the Frank and Lizzie Show and co-moderator for Wound Busters. Frank continues to work across the continuum of care as a physical therapist, wound specialist, lymphedema therapist, hyperbaric technician, and a patient advocate.
