Jeannine McCormick is a nurse practitioner that has been working in the Continence Clinic at The Kirklin Clinic in Birmingham, AL for the past 19 years where she works with urinary and fecal incontinence as well as problems with the pelvic floor. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with her masters in nursing in 2000. Following graduation, she worked for Nursing Solutions, a continence consulting firm, and saw patient both in clinic and in the long term care setting as well as some home visits. She has worked on many research studies as a behavioral therapy interventionalist for both urinary and fecal incontinence. She is a member of SUNA- the Society of Urological Nurses and Associates and the fellowship steering committee at UAB. She loves having nurse practitioner students, WOCN students as well as interns, residents and fellows to shadow her in clinic. She has an infectious enthusiasm for what she does.
