JoAnn Ermer-Seltun has been a certified Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Nurse since 1989 and Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999.
She is currently President, Co-Director and faculty for WEB WOC® Programs in Minneapolis, MN and practices parttime at MercyOne North Iowa Continence clinic and Wound/Vascular/Ostomy Clinic in Mason City, IA.
She has served as a past BWAP (Body Worn Absorptive Products) Task Force member that developed the BWAP Electronic tool as well as co-editor of the 2022 2nd Edition of WOCN Core Curriculum: Continence Management. JoAnn is also the author of several chapters in all three (Wound, Ostomy, Continence) Core Curriculum textbooks.
