Ron Sotomayor BA, RN, CWOCN

Ron Sotomayor is a Clinical Consultant at Advent Health Orlando in Orlando, Florida. He has been at Advent Health in various positions from staff nurse to nurse leadership for 24 years. Ron is board certified by the WOCNCB in Wound, Ostomy and Continence. He graduated from Emory University in 2005.

• Awarded Role Model of the Year several times
• Spiritual Ambassador for Advent Health for over 20 years
• Chair and facilitator for the Central Florida Association of Enterostomal Therapists, a professional organization involving clinicians interested in all things wound and ostomy
• Published in several journals and continues to participate in clinical research projects
