Tammy Jensen Lichtman is a systems Nursing Program Outcomes Manager at AdventHealth Central Florida Division South with a focus on quality discharge planning. Tammy has 28 years of nursing experience, spanning both the acute and post-acute healthcare space. She is a certified wound and ostomy nurse for 15 years with experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager at the multi-campus AdventHealth Orlando inpatient and outpatient ostomy clinic, a Regional Wound and Ostomy Director in home health, independent wound/ostomy consultant, and a surgical wound and ostomy nurse in colorectal surgery. Tammy has made numerous contributions within the field of wound and ostomy through participation on an ostomy International Clinical Expert Forum and domestic Clinical Advisory Board, product research, case studies, and program development.
