Mrs. Vittoria Pontieri-Lewis MS, RN, ACNS-BC, CWOCN

Vicky Pontieri-Lewis, MS, RN, ACNS-BC-CWOCN is the current President of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN). She has been a member of the WOCN Society for 35 years. She received a Master of Science Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Newark, NJ, 1993; Bachelor of Science, Nursing Wagner College, Staten Island, New York, 1983; She has been a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse for over 35 years. She has worked as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the Acute Care Setting caring for adult and pediatric patients. Vicky has presented nationally/internationally. In 2011 she was the recipient of the First Magnet Nurse of the Year award in the category of Empirical Outcomes for the work she has done on pressure injury prevention Vicky has been very active within the WOCN Society participating on many committees and task forces.
