Whitney Lloyd MBA, BSN, RN, CNML

Whitney Lloyd is a relentless advocate for patient and caregiver safety and clinical efficiency. Her 25 years in healthcare are rooted in critical care. She is a proven and innovative leader with experience spanning community based to large academic medical centers. Her passion for innovation led her to Hillrom as a Senior Clinical Manager in 2018 and quickly evolved into the first Senior Patient Monitoring Executive for Hillrom, currently covering the North Central US territory.

Lloyd is a Lean trained, AONL Certified Nurse Manager and Leader, member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Organization of Nurse Executives, American Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, presenting several times at the National Teaching Institute (NTI). She earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Management from Lake Erie College.

Her commitment to the community extends beyond her professional roles. She is an instructor for Stop the Bleed, a board member at LifeBanc, and a mentor for first-generation college students at College Now Greater Cleveland.

Lloyd was recognized in 2016 by the Studer Foundation as a National Difference Maker for her expertise in patient experience and nurse leader rounding. Lloyd also received recognition for nursing leadership as a 2018 Excellence in Leadership award winner at MetroHealth and Daisy Team winner. She joined Hillrom in 2019 and maintains her passion for patient and caregiver advocacy in helping customers select technologies that improve the lives of their patients.
