Description

The purpose of this session is to describe nursing obligations relative to care that is based on evidence and to identify barriers in communicating and collaborating with nursing leadership to develop unit-based action plans that ensure the provision of safe, high quality patient care for patients with wound, ostomy and continence concerns.
