Many WOC nurses are more comfortable in the clinical role than they are with the development of nursing education programs. This session will focus on tools needed in order to develop a successful program. Specifically we will address needs assessment, identifying the goals for particular education programs, and identifying the intended audience. From there we will lead into program objectives (with the use of Blooms taxonomy and relevant "action verbs") content outline, as well as a method of evaluation. Learn how to turn your idea into a successful program that will be eligible for CE credit!
