Compression for Primary Prevention, Treatment and Prevention of Recurrence of Venous Leg Ulcers: An Evidenced and Consensus-based Algorithm for Care across the Continuum
This is an opportunity to practice using the WOCN’s newly released VLU Algorithm for compression for primary prevention, treatment and prevention of recurrence of venous ulcers. Case scenarios from a variety of care settings and at various stages of disease will be shared. Attendees will be able to participate in this interactive session.
Learning Objectives:
Embrace the Clinical CEAP classification system for patients with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) and use it to guide their interventions
