Session Description: This session will provide the participants with a historical perspective of the development of an evidence and consensus- based support surface algorithm and how this algorithm has evolved since inception into clinical practice. The session will also explore ways the support surface algorithm can be used to strengthen clinical outcomes. *The original recording of this session at the 49th Annual Conference was supported by Hill-Rom.
