Program Overview: The healthcare environment today is data driven. This session will show the data collection and needs assessment used by a WOC nurse team to grow their WOC nursing practice. The session will allow the attendee to gain knowledge regarding performing a needs assessment and how to advocate for additional WOC nursing resources in one’s own practice.
Learning Outcome: Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to describe different data collection methods and their applications in WOC nursing.
