Pre-licensure education does not prepare health professionals like nurses with the required knowledge and skills demanded by the future health care system. Continued competence requires ongoing professional development across the career trajectory. This webinar will explore critical aspects of professional development including lifelong learning via continuing education, clinical credentials such as certification, developing communication skills including oral and written abilities, how to market oneself, and managing data related to healthcare practice.

Learning Outcome:

The Learner will report increased knowledge and intentions to change as they pertain to how to obtain lifelong learning via continued education, obtain clinical credentials such as certification, improve communication skills, marketing oneself, and/or manage data related to healthcare practice.
