Program Overview: This session discusses the results of a descriptive survey of neonatal intensive care nurses and common pressure injury prevention practices. The content will help the learner understand current pressure injury practices and the need to develop best practices for this high risk, unique patient population.
Learning Outcome: The learner will report their intention to use the knowledge on how to assess the neonatal population for risk of development of pressure injuries and will report increased motivation to develop best practices in prevention in this population
