Jill Goracke RN, BSN, CWCN

Ms. Goracke is a patient-centric, dedicated registered nurse serving the community of the greater Phoenix area since 2011 in both the acute and post-acute settings. She was trained in wound and ostomy nursing at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow’s Neurological Institute. In 2017, she shifted focus to the post-acute space, joining the team at Banner Home Care and Hospice. She was awarded the Hero Nurse of the Year from the Arizona Association for Home Care in 2020. For over 6 years, she has specialized in compassionate, innovative wound and ostomy care for patients as well as comprehensive educational experiences for clinicians and staff.
