Bethany McDade MS, RN, AGPCNP-BC, CWON

Bethany McDade is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner at Beaumont Health in Troy, Michigan, where she runs the inpatient consult service for ostomy care, as well as an outpatient ostomy care clinic serving patients in Metro Detroit. She is a certified wound and ostomy nurse, who completed her training through Emory University’s WOCNEC program. She received her bachelor’s in nursing from Grand Valley State University and her master’s in community health nursing from the University of Michigan. She was a panelist to develop consensus guidelines for the use of convexity for ostomates in the post-operative period.
