Ryan joined Hollister in 2013 as a Research and Development (R&D) Project Manager. After serving as New Product Development Manager for Continence Care and Director of the R&D Project Management Office, he began his current role as Sr. Director R&D, Ostomy in 2019. During his time in R&D, Ryan has been involved in the development and launch of Hollister Soft Convexity, Adapt CeraRings, and Two Piece Soft Convexity for Hollister Ostomy, as well as Enhanced VaPro and Infyna Chic for Hollister Continence Care. Ryan has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
