Sharon is a Masters prepared Advanced Practice Nurse with 30 plus years of experience in nursing, nursing administration, and wound care. She is a well known lecturer, consultant, author and educator in wound care. Sharon is co-editor of the textbook, Wound Care Essentials: Practice Principles. She is Founder of the Annual Clinical Symposium on Advances in Skin and Wound Care and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing.
