Stephanie Slayton is a clinician at Vidant Medical Center and adjunct faculty at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Dr. Slayton received her Masters and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University and is a Certified Wound Specialist. Dr. Slayton has written a book chapter for the American Diabetes Association, and has authored/co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and poster presentations.
