Dr. Donna Bliss has more than 100 publications on topics related to incontinence and incontinence related skin damage. She is the editor of a book about Management of Fecal Incontinence for the Advanced Practice Nurse with international group of nurse co-authors published by Springer, France. Dr. Bliss has presented at numerous national and international conferences. She is an member of the JWOCN Advisory Board, and on the editorial board of Applied Nursing Research and Incontinence. She recently completed serving two elected terms as Chairperson of the International Continence Society Nursing Committee, and was on the Steering Committee of Cochrane’s Priority Setting for Faecal Incontinence project. She is an ambassador of the Friends of the National Institute of Nursing Research and a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and Gerontological Society of America.
