Deborah Abner graduated from the Direct Entry Master of Science in Nursing at McGill University. She completed the CAET ETNEP in 2007 and has been certified since 2012. She is an Enterstomal Therapy Nurse Clinician with the McGill University Health Center adult mission Wound and Ostomy Team of three in Montreal for the last 12 years. Her practice includes inpatient care of complex surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, and fistulas as well as inpatient and outpatient care of persons with ostomies at the Montreal General Hospital.
