Donna has extensive health care experience and currently is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. She has been a practitioner and administrator across the health care continuum - hospital, home care/hospice, private practice and consulting. Her specialties include strategic planning across complex systems, organizational behavior, end of life care, health care disparities, health literacy; bioethics, the business case for diversity and inclusion; Unconscious Bias, and assessing and developing culturally competent health care systems. She pursues the best patient care and employee relations, to reach positive outcomes in patient and employee experience at Cleveland Clinic.

Donna’s recent presentation topics include Healthcare Reform, Health Care Policy, Equity and Equality in Healthcare, Patient Safety, Healthcare Ethics and Cultural Competency, Strategic Planning and Innovative Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and the business application; Unconscious Bias – Impact at the bedside/ Impact in the workplace.

Donna received a BA in Psychology / Business from Case Western Reserve University; MA in Human Services, John Carroll University; Certificate in Bioethics, Cleveland State University and MA in Psychology - Diversity Management, Cleveland State University. She holds certificates in “Coaching for Emotional Intelligence” and “Executive Coaching.”, has a License in Social Work -Ohio (LSW) and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP).
