Ellen has been a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse since 2007. Long term care and oncology, medical-surgical experience plus ongoing education have given Ellen the background to understand the etiology of wounds, assessment and interventions for wound types. Her passion is for pressure ulcer prevention. Ellen currently works as the WOC Nurse at Columbus Regional Health’s main campus in Columbus, IN.
