Ms. Katie James BA, RN, CWCN

Katie James, BA, RN, CWCN, is a graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia, Missouri Baptist School of Nursing and Wicks Educational Associates WOCNEP. She began her career 30 years ago as a Cardiac Care Nurse, before finding her passion with Wound and Ostomy care. Katie worked as a clinical specialist for KCI for the last 7 years, and is now a consultant for AW Home Health. She is the current President of the St. Louis Regional Affiliate of the WOCN Society. In 2013 she was published in the Journal of Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nursing (JWOCN). She has 3 adult children who are finally out of the house.
